* Tourist Visa (L visa): 10 Years Multiple--$60 per visa (pick up in 10-12 business days)

* Rush: $130 per visa (pick up in 5-6 business days)

Application Form need to be type and print out. If you need us to help type the form there will be $10 typing fee.

Please fill out our Mail-in order form, and mail it along with all the required document to us.

Pay by check methods: Make a check to “China Visa and Notary” which combines Consulate fee, our service fees/surcharge fees and UPS/ Fed EX fee together in one payment. We accept Cashier’s check, Money order, Business check, Personal check).
Check payable to: China Visa and Notary or pay on the phone with credit card (Credit card payment is subject to a 5% convenience charge).

Return Postage & Shipping and Handling Fee:
•$29.00 USPS / UPS or FedEx may take 1 to 3 days (no signature required) If you want signature required upon delivery please notify us. It will cost $8.00
•$41.00 USPS / UPS or Fed EX, USPS / UPS or Fed EX may take 1 to 3 days.
•We have the right to direct our operation and choose the shipping company based on operational efficiency and our routing.
•If you choose to use USPS Regular Mail or Priority Mail without confirmation to send passport(s), we are not responsible for lost mail and lost passport(s).

Rush, Express or Urgent order: Preferred method is by Fed Ex / UPS , U.S Express mail, must be received in our hand by 7:00 A.M or will be processed next day.

Refund Policy: We can refund the consulate fee, If your document was denied by consulate there is no refund for the service fee.
